When the clock struck nine, the onsite restaurant decided to call it quits, leaving latecomers without options. I arrived just 15 minutes before closing, but they couldn’t process my order—having some grab-and-go snacks would have been a lifesaver. To top things off, accessing my car required me to rely on valet service, which, while prompt when not busy, could lead to longer waits during peak times. Add to that a noisy atmosphere. the walls of my room shook thanks to an adjoining live music performance that seemed to stretch into the late hours, ruining any chance of a peaceful evening.

Had an amazing time with friends. We used the concierge to find great hikes and the tour desk helped us book a fun desert tour. Free WiFi throughout made it easy to plan our days. A perfect spot for group vacations!

The only downside was the noise from the nearby street, which sometimes disrupted our relaxation by the pool.

It was just a fitting option for getting around the area in Palm Desert with good value. The valet service was quick, which helped since I needed my car fast. Be aware that the restaurant closes early, so plan ahead if arriving late.

Modern room, modern staff, the comfortable beds provided a great night's sleep and the heated swimming pool was a wonderful way to relax after a long day of exploring the city.

I recently stayed for one night and was blown away by the charming decor and comfortable beds. The ambiance was even better than the photos suggested! The food at the hotel's restaurant was truly delightful, especially the lobster mac & cheese I couldn't stop raving about. I'd definitely come back for another visit.
